Who Let The Dads Out? is a movement that inspires and resources churches to support fathers, father-figures and their children.
Many churches set up a Who Let the Dads Out? Group for their communities to take part in. A typical group meets once a month on a Saturday, offering a relaxed welcome and a place for conversations or friendships to develop. As well as supporting those who participate, the group also provides an accessible way for dads, male carers and their children to connect to church life.
Training to support fathers in your community
We’re calling it the Nuts & Bolts Tour: a fun yet informative 2 hour evening session that focuses on the ‘nuts & bolts’ of setting up and running a Who Let The Dads Out? group.
This high quality training will equip you to establish a regular group for fathers, father figures and their children at your church or Christian organisation.
Care For The Family are delighted to offer places on the Nuts & Bolts Tour for only £10 per person. New for 2019, these 2-hour evening sessions will look at how to set up and run a group for dads, father figures, and their children, and cost just £10 per person. It is ideal for those looking to set up a group, and for existing groups to come together and compare best practice.
Each evening will run from 7.30 – 9.30pm.
The Nuts & Bolts Tour will be coming to Queens Road Baptist Church, Coventry CV1 3EG on Thursday 2nd May
