All the activities are on an ecumenical basis.
Meeting Point
Higham Methodist Church is now able to resume Meeting Point.
We serve soup, dessert and tea/coffee for £5.00. We provide the only opportunity in the village for people to meet.
The event is on the third Thursday of the month. In September, the date is Thursday 21st. Everyone is welcome.
Craft Group
The craft group meets weekly on Wednesdays from 2.00pm to 5.00pm. It is a self-help group. We share our skills and welcome people who want to learn. We invite a donation of £2.50 towards the costs. Knitting and crotchet is for charity, the local hospital and on special occasion to cheer up the village as for the coronation.
Coffee and Chat
Coffee and Chat is a monthly coffee morning with an opportunity to meet friends, to buy a pre-loved book or a homemade cake. Usually held the first Thursday of the month. In August, the date is Thursday 3rd. Time: 10 am to 12pm! Place: Higham Methodist Church
All are welcome.
Bible Study
Normally, Bible Study is held on the first and third Tuesdays of the month. During August there will be a break. The studies will resume on September 3rd at 10.00am in the Methodist Church.
